Cancellation Policy

Since we work by appointment, planning appointments in advance, and understand that sometimes unforeseeable events may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment, we at Modern Aesthetics, LLC ask that you give us a least a 24 hour notice if you will not make your scheduled appointment.

A simple phone call or email will be enough, and allow us to reschedule your appointment for a later date, and utilize the appointment slot for another client.

If you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, or you do not come to your appointment, you will be logged in as a “Missed Appointment” and a service charge will be added to your next appointment (50% of scheduled session missed).

Thanks for your understanding. A simple phone call is all we ask for if you will not be attending your scheduled appointment.
